About Mizpah Lodge #302
A century of Masonic brotherhood in Omaha
Our History
Mizpah Lodge #302 A.F. & A.M. was instituted on November 12, 1918 and officially chartered on June 4, 1919 under the Grand Lodge of Nebraska. For over a century, we have called Omaha home.
From our founding in the aftermath of World War I through the growth of Omaha as a city, Mizpah Lodge has been a steady presence — welcoming good men, raising them as Masons, and sending them back into the community as better husbands, fathers, and citizens.
Making Good Men Great— Mizpah Lodge #302 motto

What Is Freemasonry?
Freemasonry is the world’s oldest and largest fraternal organization. It teaches moral and ethical lessons through allegory and ritual drawn from the stonemason’s craft. A Mason is a man who has taken certain voluntary obligations to live by the tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.
We do not recruit members. Good men hear about us through brothers, family, or their own curiosity. If you’re interested in learning more, the best first step is to attend one of our events or reach out to our Secretary.
